About this role
You will serve as a bridge between the brand and customers, working closely with the marketing team in Taiwan. Through planning and executing activities, you will attract new customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones. We expect you to build on your previous experience to continuously communicate brand value according to marketing strategies, enhance brand perception, and drive product sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with the marketing and sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers through social media, pop-up shops, and pet shows.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay aware of trends and have a high sensitivity to popular or pet-related topics, as well as emerging technologies, to maintain a competitive edge.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience in managing social media platforms, with a passion for sharing and interacting through social media.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or CRM tools.
- Being a pet owner.

- The job location is in Kwun Tong.
- Attendance at pet shows and brand events is required.
