- 開發、經營與管理港澳地區客戶關係
- 定期拜訪、服務與推廣公司銷售策略
- 提供產品解說、行銷以協助客戶共同成長
- 定期回報進度以及客戶競品等相關資訊

【擴大徵才】Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing Group in Taiwan to plan and formulate effective marketing campaigns and events that align with branding objectives.

- Digital Marketing
- Demonstrate knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book, etc.), formulate online marketing strategies for e-commerce and social media to drive traffic, increase conversion rate, maximize sales, and track and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Work with head office to deploy content for the brand’s official website
- Ensure compliance against related legislations and regulations and company policies
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, website management, social media, KOL, KOC, content marketing, and digital marketing campaign management).
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing campaigns.
- Attend physical pet expo or pop-up store
- Event Marketing
- Assist year-round events operations (coordinate vendors, event production, schedule, logistics).
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties to tailor-make different events for different destinations.
- Source and negotiate with service providers.
- Attend physical pet expo or pop-up store
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Digital Marketing
Minimum qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in the latest digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, RED, etc)
- Passion for creative, strategic/conceptual thinking, collaboration, problem-solving ability, result and data drive, and action-oriented.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken Cantonese and Chinese.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and SEM.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency.
